Lucas Biglia could soon be on his way to the English Premier League as Liverpool are the latest side to show interest in the midfielder’s services.
The Argentine has been in fine form for Lazio so far this season, subsequently enhancing his reputation throughout the footballing world and leading to some of Europe’s biggest hitters to come knocking.
Recent reports suggest the Biancocelesti captain has already caught the attention of Real Madrid and even Serie A rivals Inter, though it now seems Liverpool have stepped into the ring with an enticing offer.

The midfielder is said to be content with his current role in the squad after having been bestowed captaincy just this summer, and is only likely to move to a club where he is guaranteed a place in the starting line-up.
Liverpool are the team most inclined to offer such a position, with coach Jurgen Klopp already rumoured to have held interest in Biglia during his days with Borussia Dortmund.
Biglia could yet remain in the capital city however, as President Claudio Lotito remains unlikely to change his lofty asking price of €30 million.
The player’s agent Enzo Montepaone is also expected to meet with the Aquile hierarchy within the coming days to discuss the possibility of a new deal, with a possible rise in his wage packet from €1.4m up to €2.5m.
